Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop commercial insurance opportunities through various channels.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and support.
- Monitor key metrics, ensuring sales targets are met, and document sales activities promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with team members, provide expertise, and actively participate in meetings.
- Support client renewals and retention efforts, ensuring continued satisfaction.
- Stay informed on industry updates, products, legislation, and technology to enhance knowledge and performance.
- Review client audits, facilitate corrections, and manage A/R and billing.
Qualifications:
- State-required insurance license and a minimum of two years commercial lines insurance account management experience.
- Profound knowledge of insurance products, underwriting procedures, and industry operations.
- Customer-focused, with strong organizational, decision-making, and communication skills.
- Demonstrate exceptional organizational prowess, capable of independently tackling challenging tasks. Exhibit sound business judgment, robust decision-making abilities, and excel in both written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent time management, thrive in a team environment, and proficient in agency management systems and technology.

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
