We're expanding our team and seeking Commercial Lines Customer Service professionals to join us. With a 125-year commitment to community service, your role as the newest Customer Service Representative plays a vital role in maintaining strong customer relationships, handling inquiries and concerns with efficiency and professionalism. Responsibilities:

  • Provide service to existing clients, including policy updates, quotes, payments, and answering inquiries.
  • Handle customer calls and correspondence related to new or existing insurance policies, and service all claims.
  • Assist in understanding and meeting the needs of new clients, researching policy options, and negotiating with carriers.
  • Schedule appointments or client calls to review policies, assess coverage needs, and bind renewals.
  • Resolve product or service issues by identifying concerns, explaining solutions, and ensuring resolution.
  • Review audits or policies, verify accuracy, and facilitate corrections between clients and carriers.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the agency management system.
  • Collaborate with team members, mentor staff, and participate in meetings.
 
 
Qualifications:

  • Hold the required state insurance license with one year of insurance account management experience.
  • Demonstrate strong knowledge of insurance products, rating procedures, and industry operations.
  • Exhibit excellent customer focus, phone etiquette, written and verbal communication skills, as well as proficiency in math and reading.
  • Possess a sense of urgency, attention to detail, multitasking ability, and problem-solving skills.
  • Have excellent time management skills and proficiency in technology, including agency management systems.

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
